Cleaning Fee
There is a $75.00 cleaning fee per cabin.

Cancellation Policy

This is a small exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days* prior to your arrival date. You will be refunded for your reservation less a $35 processing fee per room.

**ANTIQUES SHOWS CANCELLATION POLICY**
There are NO REFUNDS or cancellations during each of the Antiques Shows. However, we can move your reservation to a later date if you choose. If in the event we are able to re-book your cabin(s), a full or partial refund (less the $35 processing fee per room) may be available.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.

*A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole property bookings and for some holidays and special events.
